LEGAL & PRIVACY

Buyer Terms

Pandit Confidential is operated by Pheon Agency Ltd, company 17324549, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact omar.pandit@pheonagency.co.uk or 020 3432 2451. These terms cover initial domiciliary care business-asset introductions only, excluding shares, property/leases, investments and financing.

Personal buyer membership costs £99 GBP upfront for 12 months and renews automatically each year at the agreed rate unless cancelled. No VAT is charged while Pheon Agency Ltd is not VAT registered. Each individual, including company representatives, requires their own membership; accounts cannot be shared. Any proposed future price change must be notified before renewal with an opportunity to cancel. A renewal reminder is sent approximately 30 days before renewal.

Confidential access requires verified email, completed identity verification, a signed confidentiality agreement, settled payment and final administrator approval. Choose automated ID/selfie matching with explicit consent or document-only checking and human review without automated face matching, at no additional platform fee. Human review may include an arranged, non-recorded live check and leads to the same eligibility outcome. Identity verification does not establish financial capacity, company authority, legal suitability or complete AML compliance.

Active approved members may express interest in unlimited eligible listings. An expression of interest authorises the agreed buyer acquisition profile to be shown to that seller. Each buyer can request an introduction only once per listing; a rejected request cannot be repeated. Sellers may reject without a reason. Only seller acceptance authorises the exchange of the agreed business identity/contact details. The platform introduction service ends at that exchange; subsequent negotiations and professional work are for the parties and their advisers.

Seller-supplied business and financial information is not independently verified. Anonymised information may still be recognised by someone familiar with the market. Membership does not guarantee introductions, a transaction, sale outcome, valuation, finance or due diligence. Comply with the signed confidentiality agreement and obtain your own professional advice before acting.

Cancel automatic renewal through your account or the billing portal. Ordinary renewal cancellation preserves the current paid period, subject to eligibility; access to confidential listings stops immediately when paid entitlement or eligibility ends. Refunds and payment disputes may restrict relevant access. If Pandit rejects a paid buyer application, the settled £99 membership payment is refunded in full, automatic renewal is stopped and confidential access remains disabled.

Consumer or business status follows the main purpose of the purchase, not whether you register as an individual or company. You confirm that purpose at checkout. Where consumer cancellation rights arise, the approved policy gives a full refund within 14 days, even if you expressly requested immediate service and used it. Consumer annual renewal payments also receive a full 14-day cancellation refund under our policy. Business purchases do not automatically receive consumer cancellation rights. Nothing removes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the online cancellation route and other permitted notice methods.
